Privacy Policy

Effective date: 31 July 2026  ·  Applies to the Danily IPTV app for Android TV, Google TV and Amazon Fire TV.

1. Who we are

Danily IPTV ("Danily", "the app", "we") is a bring-your-own-playlist media player developed by Danial Darabi. Danily lets you watch the channels, movies and series from an IPTV source that you provide. Danily does not host, provide, or include any channels, streams, or media content of its own.

2. Data we collect

None. We operate no servers or backend for this app, so there is nowhere for your data to be sent, and we do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share any personal information about you.

3. Data stored on your device

To do its job, the app saves the following locally on your device only:

• The playlist source(s) you add — for example an M3U URL, or Xtream Codes / portal address and any username and password you enter for your provider;
• Your favorites, watch history, resume positions, and app settings (such as language and playback preferences).

This information stays in the app's private storage on your device. It is not uploaded to us or to any third party. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app permanently removes it.

4. Connections to third parties

When you use Danily, the app connects directly to services you choose:

• Your IPTV provider. To play streams and load the TV guide (EPG), the app contacts the source(s) you configured. Those requests — including any credentials you entered — go to your provider, not to us. How your provider handles that data is governed by their privacy policy. Choose providers you trust and are authorized to use.
• Optional tip link (Buy Me a Coffee). The app includes an optional link to the third-party service Buy Me a Coffee. If you choose to leave a tip, that service processes the payment under its own privacy policy. Danily does not receive or store your name, email, or payment details.

5. Permissions

Danily requests only network permissions (INTERNET and network-state access), used solely to connect to the IPTV source you configure. The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or files.

6. Advertising and analytics

Danily contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking software. There are no third-party advertising, measurement, or crash-reporting SDKs that profile you or send your usage anywhere.

7. Children

Danily is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because the content shown comes from the source you provide, deciding what is appropriate is up to you.

8. Data security

Since your data never leaves your device, its security depends on your device. We recommend protecting your device with a screen lock and keeping its software up to date.

9. Your choices and control

You are always in control of your data. You can remove a playlist source, clear favorites and history from within the app, or uninstall Danily to erase everything it stored.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this same address and revise the "Effective date" above.
